Office lease

Ełk Science and Technology Park offers office space ranging from 12.5 sq m to 16.6 sq m. The rooms are air-conditioned. In addition, full equipment is offered in the form of desks, bookcases, armchairs, cabinets and VOIP telephones. Each room is normally equipped with a broadband internet connection, a VOIP telephone line and an emergency UPS power supply. Office users have at their disposal full sanitary facilities (also adapted for the disabled), and social facilities equipped with refrigerators, microwave ovens, kettles and a coffee machine.

The rent for the office in the case of companies not using the Incubator is PLN 35.99 / m2 net. The lessee bears a fixed maintenance fee of PLN 15.99 / m2 net, which includes:     

• monitoring and maintaining order and cleanliness of common areas,     
• access to social rooms,     
• one parking space,    
• air conditioning and mechanical ventilation as well as heat supply,     
• access to the conference room,     
• supply of hot and cold water and waste disposal,     
• electricity supply,    
  
• maintenance of summer and winter areas around buildings of the Science and Technology Park in Ełk, including maintenance of greenery and parking lot,     
• garbage collection,     
• law advices.

Lease of a production hall

Ełk Science and Technology Park offers production and service halls with an area from 48 m2 to 348 m2, in a modular system. The modules have an area of ​​approximately 50 m2, which have independent water, electrical (own meters), air conditioning and ventilation as well as ICT connections. Each hall module has an independent entrance and a shutter door. Vehicles (forklifts, buses) can travel in the communication space up to a height of 280 cm.

The production and service space is provided with complete sanitary and social facilities, ie locker rooms (with employee cabinets), sanitary facilities (showers, toilets), a canteen (equipped with a fridge, a microwave oven, kettles, a coffee machine).
