The STARTUP HEROES project is starting

Together with the Olsztyn Science and Technology Park, we launch the second edition of the Start Platforms for new ideas „STARTUP HEROES”! If you have a great business idea, entrepreneurial spirit, open mind and want to go from plans to action – this project is just for you!
The assumption of the project is to create conditions for the development of start-ups and commercialization of their ideas. As part of the STARTUP HEROES project, we will launch a package of expert services, among others in the field of law, patent protection and marketing. As in the previous edition of the project, this time each start-up will have its manager supervising the proper course of the incubation. After completing the incubation process, project participants will be able to obtain recommendations for submitting an application for Sub-measure 1.1.2 of the POPW, in which it will be possible to obtain measurable non-returnable financial support for the development of the company in the amount of up to PLN 800,000. The unique advantage of the project is a large group of partners substantively supporting the incubation process.
The STARTUP HEROES project will consist of 6 six-month incubation cycles, preceded by a 3-month recruitment for each subsequent cycle. The recruitment runs from January 1 to March 31, 2019 and will end with a panel of experts who will decide to qualify for the project. The first incubation season will start on April 1 and will continue until September 30, 2019. Below is the schedule of subsequent recruitment and incubation cycles:
01/03/2019 – I recruitment; 1.04.-30/09/2019 – The first incubation cycle
10-12.2019 – II recruitment; 1.01-30.06.2020 – II incubation cycle
07/09/2020 – third call; 1.10.2020-31.03.2021 – III incubation cycle
04-06.2021 – IV recruitment; 1.07.2021-31.12.2021 – IV incubation cycle
01-03.2022 – V recruitment; 1.04-30.09.2022 – V incubation cycle
10-12.2022 – 6th recruitment; 1.01-30.06.2023 – 6th incubation cycle
